I was on my way to work this morning when the “Engine System Service Required” light came on in the Ralliart. I won’t be able to read the code until later so I get to spend the entire day wondering how badly it’s going to hurt.
If I had to guess, I would say it’s a stretched timing chain - which seems common on the 4B11T. Crank position sensor would be my second bet. But maybe this is all just because I get to sit around all day at work and dream up the worst possible reasons.
